                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A
                   CONTRACT WITH THE CHATTANOOGA AREA
                   HEALTHCARE COALITION FOR MEMBERSHIP THEREIN
                   DURING THE PERIOD OF JULY 1, 1990 THROUGH
                   JUNE 30, 1991, AT A COST OF TWO DOLLARS
                   ($2.00) PER EMPLOYEE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       renewal of a Contract with the Chattanooga Area Healthcare
       Coalition for membership therein during the period of July 1, 
1990
       through June 30, 1991, at a cost of $2.00 per employee.
